Dear third graders students this sixth week you are going to learn more about Peruvian superfoods. For example: Where are they from? When are they in season? What food group do they belong to? And how to elaborate on a menu healthy plan?
For these reasons, I invite you to watch this interesting video about our topic.
After doing all the activities from the "Learning at home" platform, please answer the questions according to your level belong to.

1.-la única dificultad que tuve fue que no conocía mucho sobre el tema(the only difficulty i had was that i didn't know much about it)
2.El superalmimento que recomiendo es el camote ya que tiene muchas propiedades y es buena para la salud(the superfood i recommend is sweet potato since is has many properties and is good for health)

I had no difficulties, I could develop the activities without problems.
- What would you recommend Fernando and Lisa eat for a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
I would recommend to Fernando and Lisa that they must eat balanced foods, that contain proteins, carbohydrates and vegetables. Also I recommend that they must drink a lot of water and to eat fruits.

ReplyDelete*This week I had no difficulty, I just did not understand why in the video says mandarin, because I thought it was tangerine.
*I would advise lisa and fernando to change their diet to a healthier one, since most of the food they eat is junk food, I would tell them to take the time to inform themselves about the consequences of eating so much junk food and then to see what are the advantages of having a healthy diet.

♡ I recommend Lisa and Fernando to have a balanced diet because they always eat unhealthy foods.
They should change their daily meals for healtly food for example fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins and they don`t forget to drink a lot of water, because is important for their health.

I had difficulties writing some of the names, but I asked my cousin who has higher education for help, she helped me to write it correctly 2. The food that I would recommend would be quinoa since it has many health benefits and is rich in protein.
